Strengthen the Business You Have. Prepare for the Business You’ll Need.

We built The Reset Collective around a simple belief: good businesses don't always need to be reinvented. Sometimes, they just need a reset.

Running a business is about more than having a great idea. It's about the people, processes, systems, and decisions behind the scenes - and what happens when those pieces stop working together the way they should.

That's where we come in. We bring different backgrounds, complementary strengths, and real world experience to help business owners identify what's holding them back, find practical solutions, and create a stronger foundation for what's next.

Our approach is honest, collaborative, and grounded in reality. We're not here to hand you a binder full of recommendations and wish you luck. We're here to work through the challenges with you and help you make meaningful, lasting improvements.

Bobbi-Lee Piedrahita

Co-Founder & COO

My background spans hospitality, construction, electrical service leadership, operations, and human resources. Having worked as an Electrical Service Director and in electrical operations and HR, I understand the moving parts behind a business - from operational processes and team dynamics to accountability, communication, and the everyday challenges that come with keeping things running smoothly.

I've seen how much the people, processes, and day to day decisions behind a business matter. I believe that when people feel supported, expectations are clear, and systems work the way they should, businesses are better positioned to thrive.

I'm a natural problem solver with a passion for personal growth and a people-first approach. I bring energy into a room, encourage others to see their potential, and help turn challenges into opportunities. I believe in honest conversations, taking ownership, and finding solutions that work in the real world - not just on paper.

That's a big part of why I co-founded The Reset Collective. I want to help business owners work through the challenges that are holding them back, build accountability, and create an environment where both their business and their people can thrive. I believe in helping people recognize what's possible, while giving them the support and encouragement to actually do something about it.

I'm your sounding board, your problem solving partner, and your biggest cheerleader when it's time to take the next step.

Lydia Witteveen

Co-Founder & CFO

My career has never really fit into one box - and I think that’s exactly what makes me a good fit for The Reset Collective.

My background spans field operations, project coordination, controls, administration, and health & safety. I've worked in the field alongside the people doing the work, and I've also worked behind the scenes managing the documentation, coordination, processes, and systems that support it. I've seen both sides of a business, and I understand how closely they need to work together.

That experience has given me a pretty practical view of business. I've seen what happens when a company grows faster than its processes, when communication starts to break down, and when too much of the business lives in the owner's head. I've also experienced firsthand the difference that clear systems, good communication, and the right structure can make.

I'm naturally curious and a bit of a problem solver. I like getting into the details, asking the questions other people might overlook, and figuring out what is actually getting in the way - not just putting a band aid on it.

Through The Reset Collective, I bring together my experience in the field and behind the scenes to help business owners understand what's happening in their businesses and find solutions that actually work.

I believe good businesses don't always need to be reinvented. Sometimes they just need the right pieces put back together.
